Reviews of Alpha Animal Hospital in Abbotsford

HORRIBLE VET! Don’t recommend this place and won’t ever be coming back.

I adopted two precious kittens from LAPS animal rescue, which came with a free vet visit for a vet listed on the paper. Since Alpha Animal Hospital wasn’t listed, I called and asked if they would honour this as I just moved to Abbotsford and would like them to be my new vet; I was reassured they would honour this.

While I was there reception then told me since the person who told me isn’t working, they won’t be able to verify and accommodate the free vet visit! This is a STAFF issue, not a CUSTOMER issue.

Poor reception ladies had to go back and forth with the VET on duty, and even the OWNER, which both said no we will not accommodate. What kind of place thinks this is acceptable to a first time paying customer? I refused to pay for the vet visit but of course paid for their shots, like I intended to.

Shocked at the treatment I received over this. Do not go here!
