Nothing good at this building. All ran by strata councils that only care about there own investments. Owners that love jere are miserable die to concent added bylaws from councils.And Summer time , super hot in building. To the point you jave to leave. Specially on top floors. No air movement or windows to open on common area ether. To many high costs in millions in near future to owners to fork out for projects to be done..also strata fees are ridiculous , to high for a old building. Stay clear inless you want yo be buried in debt.
