Reviews of Bootlegger in Abbotsford

The customer service is very poor and she is a racist!! She was very upset and screamed like she wanna strangle my 2 year old child because of the ice cream that she dropped on the floor inside the store. It really breaks my heart hearing her screaming over the ice cream, it’s like she wanna hurt my child if she was in front or close to her. I was like shocked and so disappointed about how she reacted, Screaming in front of the other customers. I understand very well that we should not eat ice cream inside a clothing store and I respect that very much that’s why I left my child outside the store with my husband while they were eating ice cream but the kid manage to follow me inside the store with the ice cream, it’s just unfortunate that the ice cream fell on the floor. I just can’t believe how she treated customers, it was very shocking, she’s very rude and disrespectful. Too bad I didn’t get her name, I will update this review when I’ll get the name of that associate, she’s a bit old lady and white.
