Reviews of Valley Airporter Shuttle Service in Abbotsford

Our party of 4 with 5 booked suitcases tried to use Valley Airporter Shuttle Service from Abbotsford to Vancouver. They showed up with a blue 7 seater min van with two other passengers and their two suitcases. After it was evident that we wouldn’t fit, the driver rang dispatch and then suggested that we find another taxi service before driving off. The reason we booked their service three days in advance in the first place is that one regular taxi would struggle to fit our luggage. When I rang customer service to voice my issue with our group being left behind, the man never offered an apology for overbooking and seemed more interested in arguing. Don’t trust Valley Airporter’s service.

Great company. Very friendly and efficient drivers. The booking process is also very simple and they respond very quickly. I've already recommended this to many people before.

DO NOT make a reservation with this company. I made a reservation for my sister, who was flying out of YVR at 7am (we are in Abbotsford). The number on the website was not in service, but I received a text follow-up where I made the reservation. I also sent a reservation request via e-mail. Via text, I was informed of the pick-up time/date, the flat rate, and confirmed we wanted to book the shuttle. They asked for my pick up address and name to confirm my reservation, which I did. I then also verified my pick-up time and date. The next morning, no shuttle arrived. I reached out to the company multiple times and they did not respond, while my sister became more and more nervous about missing her flight. Eventually, at 4:30am, I had to spend several hours driving my sister to YVR and then had to go to work in the morning on a couple hours' sleep. I still have not heard a peep from the company. Do not rely on this company if you're in a tight spot - better to pay $150 for a cab that actually arrives than $120 for a shuttle that will ghost you when you need them. The positive reviews are short and suspicious whereas the detailed reviews are stories like mine. Scam!
