This is a good news story. I recently had some work done on my Harley at Destination Cycle and the part failed about a month later. I went back and advised of the issue. John who runs the service department was amazing and advised they would honour the repair even though it was the part that failed. The Destination team picked up my bike from my house and squeezed me in to their already packed service schedule and fixed and returned my bike the same day. Customer service is crucial in retaining customers and drawing new customers to your business. They demonstrated they care about their customers and don't just pay lip service to customer service. This team of dedicated friendly, fair, fast and yes fun professionals are exceptional. Rob in parts is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Josh who I believe is part owner and heads up sales is conversant on every type of bike and never pressures to sell but gives information so you can make an informed and comfortable decision for yourself. Barry who I also believe is part owner is always present and engaging when you walk in the shop and always greets with hello and a smile. Go and hang out have a coffee and you will see what I mean. I now know the reason I buy my bikes, service my bikes and buy my parts at Destination. Like my touring Harley they are in it for the long haul. Cheers Destination team.
