Reviews of Brigadier Group Inc in Ajax

Wish we never hired him…
(Began June 2022- July 2023) Aaron, (Brigadier Group from Ajax), was hired to install windows. Now it’s a year later and job not completed. Constant errors from his end. Blaming others for his mistakes. Saying he ordered the replacement windows when he didnt as I checked with the manufacturer! (We were patiently waiting, meanwhile the re-order was never placed!!!!!).

There are apprx 10 families I have communicated with through FB & online reviews. Their issues are much worse than ours. He's been taken to small claims court and lost, claimed bankruptcy and didnt pay them. Then he changed the name of his company: Future Project, to Brigadier and now to BLDPro.ca

He likes to attack those that leave the truth of his incompetence on online reviews . For us, he’ll say that he tried to make it right. That he requested to come to our home and fix this for us. All he had to do was reorder a small window and a patio door with the correct measurements, from the same manufacturer. Instead, he tried to install cheaper less quality style AND incorrect style. (The window company was hacked and unable to provide their services for approx 8wks, but that had nothing to do with this because Aaron never placed the reorder). He gave us his word in writing that he would properly complete this project and he never did.

13 months later and fed up, we got back a small refund and cut ties with him. All in all we paid Aaron and the workers approx $8,500 cash out of ten thousand, the rest he gave us cash.
