Hello everyone. I will explain what my problem is with this clinic. We have been seeing Dr Donovan for almost 1 year at this clinic. He has been wonderful and the stuff was great. You will be able to get your shots there and looked after if you have a scheduled appointment. Great! However if you have an emergency ( even 10 min visit can help type of emergency) they never have time for you and they will tell you to go an find a solution out there on your own even though they know no clinic ( including emergency clinics) will take your dog anymore. Get ready to search a solution on GOOGLE if your pet is this clinic's patient. They are very busy with non emergency appointments trying to sell you expensive medicines and services they can make lots of money. Their management have no interest solving the issue they have. Emergencies will happen with your pet ask your veterinary clinic what they will do if that happens to your pet before you chose a clinic. This clinic will not help you.
