The other reviews here are mostly shills. Syed hired me to do a flooring repair job with an extremely short turnaround. Despite receiving a report that outlines issues that need to be fixed first, he suggests poor work practices to meet his own missed deadlines. Poor time management, communication, and even more so, highly unprofessional. I have yet to receive payment and he's completely ghosted me. Don't hire Syed if you don't want someone who cuts corners. STAY AWAY if you're a sub-contractor, HE WON'T PAY YOU.
