Warning - Do your homework before accessing services at this company. The Laser hair removal services are not guaranteed. You have to hope you are one of the lucky ones and it all works out well in a timely fashion - as outlined on their website. After 15 sessions of laser treatment, several thousand of dollars spent and 3 years of going through this treatment.... my daughter still has hair and has to shave. Owner comments to this.... " she is blessed with hair or it's hormones or it's a medical thing, or there are no guarantees and it takes time ...." There is no end in site and no resolve for a dissatisfied customer. Owner fails to take accountability for ruining not 1 but 2 of my daughter's tattoos and does not acknowledge the poor service we have received. Please be careful if you are accessing these services. Do your research and be safe. We would hate to see someone else go through what we have gone through. We do NOT recommend Ancaster Laser Medispa
