Terrible service they promised to deposit a Hydro Quebec subsidy of $560. It was supposed to be deposited on Friday August 11, 2023. It is Tuesday August 15 and nothing. They keep telling me by email that’s it’s coming. I don’t believe them. They know my account as they take $88 a month from it for the heat pump. Liars all of them

Been a client of HydroSolution for 9 years, have been having issues with my water tank for several weeks , called customer service and was told that they only could of send someone out for service was only in a months time. Very unsatisfied
