Reviews of Anstruther Marina Ltd in Apsley

Rented a canoe to visit Kawartha Highlands Provincial Park for 1 night. I called and confirmed the rate was $30 per night as per the website but once we arrived she insisted on charging us $60 even though we agreed to return it within 24 hours. We were very disappointed with the selection of canoes, they were heavy and in very poor condition. They don't offer any pickup/drop off service to the access point for the park, so we had to have 1 person paddle solo across the lake to get the canoe to the park's access point where we could load up our gear. Overall a very negative experience and we were very disappointed with the level of customer service and professionalism.
