Was on time for 3pm appointment after a long drive. 3:15....still no RMT, and had to leave as I would now not get a full 50 minutes in. No follow-up done with me, no compensation offered. I believe customers are charged if they don't show. However - no one has reached out to me to offer a service in return for the expense and inconvenience they caused me today
