They are dishonest and have refused to return my security key deposit, even though I returned the keys and had an inspection paper signed by the building manager on the termination date of my rental agreement . I was told to send an email for the refund, but despite multiple attempts to reach the management through calls and emails, Dion informed me that the cheque was sent to the building manager, Kathy. However, Kathy refused to return my security deposit and kept the cheque for herself. After two months of trying to retrieve my money, it is clear that this company operates unethically.
