Reviews of Leisure Days RV Center in Ayr

My experience (so far) has been very poor. I can't say I blame the dealership entirely- I think the trailer I bought is a lemon. It has been problematic from day one. When I picked it up, it looked pretty good - other than a couple of things...a hole in one of the couches / sharp edges on a lot of the trim / the door didn't align properly - in either the up or down position / one of the stabilizer jacks didn't work / a couple of other minor things. The dealership was quick to arrange solving the issues. I bought it at the beginning of last summer - it is now February and the problems are still being worked on. They have fixed a few things - including the body cladding that was free floating and not really attached to the trailer? It is no pleasure to use this trailer - I actually dread taking it out - wondering what will go next. The day I picked it up - as I drove out of the dealership, the sway bar broke - I heard the noise but didn't figure out what it was right away. I got a call last week saying that they had hit my trailer with the snow plough - I give them kudos for letting me know - they could have tried to cover it up. I have less confidence in the trailer now - did the hit misalign things worse than they already were? At the time of our last excursion, there were problems with the door - the canvas - the pull out end units. I really wish I didn't own this trailer - would be happy with the opportunity to pass it on to someone else. I would rate it less than one star if I could.

This dealership like to close contracts in their favor... they don't like to put on a delivery date especially if they have problems delivering the product, or if the customer is changing their minds, because they will be able to keep the deposit without any reason, because this is legal if you sign their contract and you didn't see all the details, that is not their problem, legally you can't do to much... be aware of this scam... they don't care about customer satisfaction...
