****Do Not Recommend***
Narcissistic greedy owners with zero customer service!
We ordered takeout and had to immediately cancel the order within a maximum of 2minutes from ordering due to an urgency. They said we have to wait 10minutes for the food.
The owner/manager/cook had an extremely rude response. We were polite until he came at us from kitchen with a huge wooden spoon as if he was going to beat us. He yelled infront of everyone present there and we had to defend ourselves. He threatened to called the POLICE on us for asking to cancel the order and the drama that he started while we were waiting for them to refund the money. we even have a video clip of him doing the same.
We understand that it is a small business but sometimes people cancel their orders. The way he responded to it shook us.
Fighting with a customer for canceling the order and humiliating them was too much.
If you bring him money he will treat you like a king there but customer service is really important when running a business.
The guy cannot take criticism or complaints.He will loose it. IT IS EVIDENT FROM ALL THE LOW STAR GOOGLE REVIEWS.
I am a local and he just lost a big chunk of customers. Wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone here. Word of mouth is everything.
