AMR are all about saving money.. we’ve lived in an apartment that upon moving in was not cleaned, painted or carpets cleaned. The tub is scratched, no sign of a new tub going on 6 years. Ceiling was leaking 4 years ago. Holes are still in ceiling from when drywall was soaked and fell. The stench of cat urine next door, nothing has been done about that for 6 years, just a lovely scent seeping in from our windows not to mention you have to plug your nose until you get inside your own apt. Shameful… good luck to anyone under AMR! Pure dump of a building!!!
