Reviews of Bayfield Flooring & Carpet in Barrie

We had a fabulous experience with Kevin and the team at Bayfield. We had carpet installed in our main floor bedrooms, and in most of our fairly large basement. We ran into a minor manufacturing issue and Kevin was incredibly helpful and attentive. He drove up to our build (quite a ways out of town) to take a look and was on the phone with the manufacturer right away to have it resolved. From the first visit with samples and lots of great advice, to the amazing install team, we were thrilled! We have had friends come over to our new house and share that our home is making them "fall in love with carpet again". The products are SO plush and comfortable, were quite affordable in comparison to other companies we priced out with, and the customer service and install team were absolutely top notch. We highly recommend Bayfield Flooring!

This is a direct and honest place to get carpeting. Quality of service, sales, supply and installation are top notch. Their prices are much better than the rest. We did our complete lower level of the house. Over my 73 years I have learned to recognize what value is - and Bayfield Carpet in Barrie delivered. Thankyou Kevin, Zak and Alex - it has been a long time since I have had a positive experience in the home reno business.
I did note that finding the Bayfield Carpet website was hard since it is listed under Mohawk Carpet. But then word of mouth business must be a major part of your business.
