The worst experience ever, took my new engagement ring to be sized on sight,, when I picked it up my white gold was now black and my ring was missing 2 diamonds!!?? I was very upset and he decides to get mad at ME? Seriously I was speechless as to how he handled his mistakes and gave me back my once perfectly shiny and new ring as a blackened diamond missing mess! I had no idea this could happen :(. I had to take my ring back to B** M*** J******* where the ring was purchased and they went above and beyond to help! Never going back to Gold Art! They do not know what they are doing, they have the worst customer service, and they ruin your jewellery!!
