Zach was beyond the pail awesome! I went in, thinking I was going to have to give up my camera bodies to take in to be serviced. With a couple of clicks of the button he managed to sort me out in store and for the cost of a cleaning kit I’ll feel like I have two brand new camera bodies. His product knowledge and passion for camera gear is top shelf and I cannot express enough how I felt like I was valued in spite of the things I know I do not know. What a truly enjoyable experience, it is always empowering to come into the store and know that the people behind the desk love photography as much as I do. Thank you so much Zach!!
