This particular shoppers drug mart DO NOT answer the phone in pharmacy. Other shoppers do but they do not. I tried to use the auto renewal of my prescription over the phone and it would not except my birth date. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. I always have to drive over there to refill my prescription because they will not answer the phone and the self automated feature doesn't always work. Very frustrating.
