Terrible. Just terrible. Management is incompetent and unprofessional. Where are these managers- Nicole and Sukha- who I keep getting referred to by the front desk? Do they just sleep or watch TV all day? Been trying to cancel my membership for months after seeing flies in the shower drains, but have received no response. Still having money taken out of my bank account.
