Reviews of Zenetec Car Wash & Express Detailing in Barrie

I loved this car wash up until they just sent notice stating they will be closing during the week day at 5pm rather than 8pm. This is very unfortunate since 90% of you customers work during the week day, most people work and can't make it until after 5pm. So essentially they can only get their car washed on Saturday since you are closed on Sunday and because of this policy the line up will be huge. I honestly feel you will lose 90% of your business...it certainly won't be worth my 110 a month for one wash a week in a two hour line up. I would hazard to guess the intention of the Zentec Car Wash is to cut down on the car wash members ability to take advantage of getting their car washed on a daily bases down to one time a week. I can tell you my family will be canceling our membership and going somewhere else...I am fairly certain many others will walk away as well!!! Terrible business idea and the intention can be seen a mile away.
