Feeling duped.

I called to see if they can do milia removal (white bumps around eye) and they told me that the medical facial ($149) would get rid of them. Half way through the facial, I was told that I’d have to see a dermatologist to get them removed. So I’m out $149 for a facial that I only got for the purpose of milia removal, and now I have to pay to see a dermatologist. So upsetting.
