We used John Preston for our house inspection and he had found our septic system and dug it for us and inspected it. He also told us where our water well was becuase previous owners didnt know and we had to find both with his help. But we later found out he had misrepresented his obligations of what his companys scope does and apparenty does NOT do any septic or well inspections!! We were under the assumption that he did well water and septic inspections, and that was the reason we had picked him. I would not refer him to anyone becuase he flat out lied about his companys responsiblities.
