I'm with Susan! She is so right.

Kelly's has always had a need for more professional staff. I swear, they're a bunch of gossipy, rude, whispering women. Seriously, what are they doing? I certainly know what they're NOT doing . . .

Pay your staff more and get some that don't mind working. God, what a bunch of miserable humans you have. Poor, poor customers.

By the way, there's a good reason I've only been in Kelly's twice in six years - and I only live 5 minutes away - lol
