Did they get my hair super blonde, yes. However at what cost? I was alr quite blonde and came for a full head of highlights. For some reason, my hair was placed under heat to process when I had already told her about the breakage on the bottom layer of my hair and had stated that my hair is not normally processed under heat. I was left in there for about 25 minutes.. then the bleach was washed out and toner was placed in. It burned from the very start. Not only was this painful but also odd for me. After this I asked my sister who graduated from hair school and turns out this burning only happens when the scalp was burned. Not only that but a SIGNIFICANT amount of hair fell out as was washed out. She asked if my hair normally falls out a lot and I said no… I was left with MUCH thinner hair. A day later, I was brushing my hair before bed and found multiple scabs on my scalp from chemical burns. My hair is fried. We called to talk to them about the scabs and was told that bleach doesn’t do That because they don’t apply it to the scalp… yes they actually did apply it to my scalp. I have talked to two licensed hairstylists and they’ve agreed. The managements behaviour was disgusting, being so put off by what I said trying to tell me i am absolutely wrong when I’m the one who has to deal with the scabs and dead hair.. they offered no resolutions.It does suck to give them one star because they did seem super sociable and kind especially to the elderly however after this experience I really can’t give any more.
