Reviews of Staples in Belleville

Was there today to print a document from my phone the clerk behind the counter gave me an instruction paper and never returned I was having some issues To be ignored and worst yet two supervisors walking around the store sniffing each other tails while customers are left unattended Seniors that's not the store for us

Poor customer service.
I bought a Sony headset that turned out to have an obvious manufacturers' defect. I brought it back and was told they couldn't take it because I didn't have the product box with me. I had the receipt and was able to match the product to the recent purchase, but no box. Compare that to Best Buy. They take products back without the box in which the product was sold (headsets for example) and their return policy is twice as long as Staples. My recommendation is: avoid Staples unless you're buying paper or pencils. Customer service is not Staples' strong point.

I would have given Staples zero stars or possible minus 5, but one star is the lowest ranking. Very poor demeanor by the floor staff and the manager himself - almost rude.
Would not return to this store.
