Well, where do I start... we thought they would be a good company to go through. Unfortunately they were not. We bought a Chevy truck from them and it was put on their computer scanner and no codes came up nothing was wrong so we bought it. Then as we left there, there was a tiny little tick . We didn't think much of it then a couple weeks later it overheated. We let it cool and it was ok again. A couple weeks later the tick just started getting worse and worse so we called in and stated that a mechanic had said the transmission was going and for a $15,000 truck that is unacceptable... So they said sorry we can't help you all I can do is find you a used transmission and charge you $3000 on top of what you already paid. The truck is still being financed.... you'd think because we're still paying for the truck it's warranted for some type of help... but no it's not. That is completely unfair. You want us to continue paying for a broken truck. You've left a single mother with special needs children with out a vehicle and your pretty much screwing her over... wow just wow... we backed you guys up thinking you were a stand up company. And you sir are not.... I think you should just do the right thing here and honor your "stand up words"... and just fix it truck for her.... you're screwing over a person who really doesn't deserve it...
