Tidy Lube is great for going beyond what is expected: they give my kids juice boxes, and notified me of my transmission seal leak, which was still covered under warranty.

I have always received great service on our vehicles, which is why I continue to go back to Tidy Lube:)

I was wondering how they could perform all the requested procedures in such a short period of time. We had a few tranfercase failures so I started checking to make sure that the work was being done and found that some of it was not. I watched the fellow under the truck and he greased 2 fittings and sat there till the guy up top was done. All fluids were to be checked, they were not. The next time I went I told them not to miss anything, grease fittings, levels etc but it did not matter once again the same story. I gave the workers a tongue lashing told them and do what I had paid for then complained to the manager. I chose not to go back for 2 years. Today I thought that I would give them another try, guess what, same story again. I watched what they were doing and questioned them if all was done, they said yes. I crawled under my truck and found only the easy to reach grease fittings were done, no plugs were touched which may explain why the earlier failures we experienced had occurred since they could not know that the oil was low due to leaking seals. The cost of repairs is very high, this is why we bring our vehicles into supposedly professionals to help reduce these costs. TIDY LUBE WERE DONE
