If possible I would have given NEGATIVE rating.
The staff is highly UNPROFESSIONAL.
They shout on Customers in case you they have to enter details manually.
The RMT Danuta Debowski got all red face and ferocious.
She just started shouting that the customer don't enter information in the form and I need to do it manually.
Absolutely no patience in her and no manners of talking to customer.
The customer is going for a paid service and the way Danuta and the rest of the staff behaved was as if they were distributing it for free.
The worst part you can't even connect with their Manager as this lady Danuta declares that she is her own boss and runs the place herself.
Almost every customer over there heard the shouts and abusive language of Danuta.
She even asked the customer to leave the premises as she had to fill the Insurance details for the customer manually, which she says is not her job.
Absolute not worth the place.
Danuta's RMT license should be cancelled immediately.

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS MASSAGE CLINIC.
SAVE YOURSELF ALL THE MENTAL TRAUMA.
