I would give it no stars if I could.
My 23 month old daughter has had a fever on and off for a week now. We called this office yesterday evening and they advise they open at 10am tomorrow and to come at 9:45am to sign in and the doctor should be able to see her quickly. My husband took her all the way over there today in her stroller in the cold bc we didn't have a car and Sukhman (the receptionist) said sign in starts at 8:45 and to come back at 12:15pm. We cannot come back at that time and that's not what we were told the evening before when we called (we called them 3 times yesterday evening). She literally sent my daughter home sick and she couldn't see the doctor. When I found out about this I called to speak about the incident, Sukhman refused to give me the employees names that were working the evening before AND wouldn't even give me the name of the Manager. This place is terribly run, employees know nothing and have very poor training. Sukhman advised she would not provide the Managers name but I can come in to speak with her. When I said fine I am coming in to speak with the Manger she said actually she's not in today she will be here tomorrow. This place is completely unprofessional and frustrating.
No resolution - we will be reporting this place.
