DO NOT BUY YOUR VEHICLE HERE. THEY HIDE INFORMATION FROM CUSTOMERS AND ARE ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. Got a Toyota Sienna 2011 from BAM on January 2022. A week after I bought it I noticed it had a whirring noise coming from the rear, and so I took it back to the dealership because I was within the 30 day warranty. I got referred to Harrad Auto Service (turns out the mechanic there is a close friend of the dealer). They assured that the issue was the differential and needed replacement. I was releived because I had acquired a Lubrico warranty (through the dealership) and thought that I was covered. Wrong! When I got the car to be repaired (in one of Lubrico's authorized dealership) they said that the differential was not the issue, but that the whirring noise was coming from a defective viscous coupler and, on top of that, the rear propeller shaft was seized. They said that the dealership should have know about this beforehand and that they clearly failed to disclose this. I paid $1,200 for this Lubrico warranty (which is good for nothing and the dealership gets a commission for selling this), I received a repair estimate of $3,000 (that I cannot afford), and I cannot drive my own vehicle because it is just not safe. BAM HAS UNETHICAL PRACTICES AND THEY ARE PEOPLE YOU CAN NOT TRUST.
