Highly unprofessional
I left 6 shirts to alter with them and was assured I will have them a week later. A week later I called and all the owner said was she is swamped and could not do them, slammed the phone and left
UPDATE: when I went to pick up my shirts the lady screamed at me and said “your life must be perfect and that’s why you left us a review and we have been in business for 65 years” she then aggressively pushed the shirts.
If 65 years couldn’t teach you professionalism nothing can.

Irrespective of bad reviews the owner didn’t have the better sense of judgement and behaved so immaturely.

Despite the high prices one expects the basic minimum courtesy which this business lacks
