Severely damaged sofa ... without any legs)received in Nov. 2021. Furniture Depot has had over 54 complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau.... including mine, over the last 12 months. In my personal situation, the company gave a vague response but would NOT confirm what $ refund I will receive. Other BBB reviews have show some clients were refunded money minus the shipping costs. In my personal situation, Furniture Depot refused to clarify what actual $ /money would be returned to me “make this right “ ( I.e.., credit my Visa for the full amount- $1887.91; 2) Receive an email indicating no subsequent shipping costs will be charged to me; and once I visually see the money has been credited to my Visa accountI will order a new sofa from another furniture store and call to have the damaged sofa returned to Furniture Depot.

So here in my living room sits a severely damaged sofa, .....with missing legs ( ie., not sent/ received)! Customers check ALL the review sites for Furniture Depot reviews and other furniture stores... and decide for yourself what is OR is not worth a risk before your order!

Store service is excellent. They go as far as providing services individually and even order furniture that best suits your needs.
