Reviews of Home Hardware in Brampton

I liked this store a lot. But after today’s experience with the cashier and her supervisor, I’ll think twice. Bought a an expand a hose last September and started using when weather allowed in May. It was put on a spool, emptied after using. After a few weeks it started leaking like a holed hose. It has no name at all. The staff will only say (rudely) that since it worked so no problem with the product, and nothing can be done. It is not the product ( it is useless anyway) but the rudeness of the staff that put me off.
