I bought a floor model side table 200.00. The person I dealt with never mentioned that it was defective, top glass was loose, holding part were broken and screws were missing. While delivering, they never touched the top glass as they knew it was loose to deceive me. Finally I found and asked about the loose glass. Inder, one of the persons, told me that it will be okay if you put the screws inside the cap holder (the part to fix the glass on top. I believed him, then paid the amount. At home I found that one cap holding part was missing and there is no option to put the screw. They knew it but didn't tell me that. After I called, no refund and exchange. I bought very expensive furniture from them in the last two years. There were some problem after delivery. They fixed those problems but I had to wait months though repeatedly requested to Inder. Please never believe them.
