Reviews of Pehnawa the Indian Clothing Ltd in Brampton

I'm not really clear how this store owner prices their jewelry. There's no price tags. I visited the store on Jan 21, and was told that a certain necklace would cost $40. I visited again with my mother today (Feb 1) and was told that the same item is now $60! I even have his business card where I wrote down the quoted price of $40, but now he completely denies it! He did the same with another piece of jewelry that we had an eye on. It the store-owner’s prerogative to price their items, but it’s really off-putting (and borderline unethical) to revisit the same shop, only to find out prices have increased by 150% within a matter of 10 days.
