Reviews of Servapool in Brampton

Follow up to my first review.
Today is May 27, 2023.
Though it still stands that the liner was installed nicely and they were very friendly it took a down turn the second year as I discovered a protrusion under my liner ( something that should have been dealt with before the new liner was installed). After blaming my Kreepy for not working correctly in the shallow end I discovered a bump under the liner ( July 2022). I hadn’t connected the bump to Kreepy not working at this point but by August I noticed scaring on one spot of the liner ironically where the Kreepy would stop. This actually caused a small slit in the liner which I had to patch. I contacted Servapool early September by email for assistance and got no response. I emailed in April (2023) and explained the issue again. My response was “please contact Mike at 905-455-

Absolutely the best choice when it comes to pool service. Honest, reliable and fair. I had Mike install my new liner last year and they were as professional as they come. This year I had a portion of liner slip off and he wasted no time fitting me in to get my pool opening rolling. Finding a reliable pool service company is like finding a mechanic you can trust… Servapool are the company you can trust!! They are my “Mechanic” 100%.
