0/5... cant get anyone on the phone EVER... I emptied my Locker on Oct.13 and told them so.. cause I had moved into my place, finally!! Next payment was due on the 15th .. They have so far Called us... We explained we emptied it in the 13th.. NOW THE DUMMIES have sent a notice that we r late on our payment to my F^$/ing Father in law... I have no idea wtf or How the heck they even got his INFO... ANYHOW THEY R TERRIBLE .. worst customer service EVER... If I can ever get through on the PHONE maybe we coulda worked it out... But the SLANDEROUS notice to my father in law ...just TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES... DO NOT RENT HERE.. YOUVE BEEN WARNED... MARK.A.MCLEOD
