Horrible! Not only did one of their drivers stop in a live lane ON A BRIDGE over the 401 in Cambridge causing me to swerve into on coming traffic almost getting into a head on accident with a tractor trailer. (Another truck driver followed me to a near by gas station to make sure i was ok it was that bad). When I called in with my concerns the girl who answered the phone was horrible to me. "I'd like to report one of your drivers"-me
"Oh boy, go ahead"-her. So I'm waiting to hear back from a manager. Horrible. I'll be blasting this EVERYWHERE. This happened at around 12:30 this afternoon and it's 4pm now and I haven't heard back.
