Reviews of Brant Family Eye Care in Brantford

We have used Brant Family Eye Care for many years and I have to say my recent visits have been absolutely the worse. I went originally some months ago anticipating seeing our regular Dr. only to be put with a new person which seems to be an ongoing problem in this business. Had a check up booked which was cancelled due to the issues with the OHIP coverage and rebooked for Dec. I had to change this booking due to conflicts with another medical appointment I had. When I booked this new appointment, and because they were now taking patients, I specified who I wanted the appointment with and who I wanted to see. I received a phone call the week before my appointment saying I could come in earlier which I did not want and I told them I had an appointment booked for today Thursday Dec 2 with ....... They couldn't find my appointment were very rude and finally said we've slotted you in at 10:30. So I get the text to fill for covid protocol and my appointment is now 10:10 oh and when I went to fill out the covid screening it said I don't have an appointment. So I go anyway and lo and behold I have an appointment but is it with my requested Dr. NO. If this is the best you can run this business you need help. I will not be back and can't give you any kind of rating because as far as I'm concerned you failed big time. The only reason you have a star because that's the only way your system will allow you to submit a review.
