This was a very concerning and frightening experience. We had a small water leak from the furnace which was a simple repair. However, within 10 minutes of being here, we were told we need a new furnace because of a CO leak. The levels he measured were 2-3 ppm and we have 4 detectors in the house and none alarmed. Sensor alarms with 50-60 ppm). He said I was risking the health of my family and that he would have to shut the gas off. Despite this, he called a week later and tagged the furnace. I had another company come that day and wells told there was nothing wrong!!
The experience was total intimidation, threatening annd inappropriate. Even the tag he put on the furnace was not the appropriate one apparently.
I went with them because it is a local family business. Very disappointing (and frightening) to say the least!!
