Apon arriving to the hotel they asked for a 100$ damage deposit. I have been told that it will be refunded after my stay. Apon leaving the hotel I was promised again that it would be returned. I have been waiting and calling them alot as I have not see the refund transaction in my bank for over 1 week now. I have had a manager their refuse to speak to me regarding this matter. This is considered financial fraud and will be investigated. Stayed in July of 2023.
