Unfortunate experience with racial profiling
It is with great disappointment that I must share my recent experience with racial profiling at this establishment. Over the past six months, I endured unwarranted attention, constant interruptions, and even feeling followed around the store by an individual. This behavior has made me incredibly uncomfortable and has affected my overall perception of the business.

The individual in question consistently interrupted my services, stood over me, and engaged in prolonged and intense staring, which made me feel explicitly targeted. The discomfort caused by his actions was so severe that I often found myself compelled to meet his gaze, which only amplified the discomfort and unease I was already feeling.

To my surprise, the inappropriate behavior did not end there. On multiple occasions, this individual altered service prices at the last minute, attempting to impose additional charges of $5 or $10 without any valid explanation. This practice is not only unethical but also unacceptable and highly unprofessional in any business setting.

Racial profiling is a deeply concerning issue that perpetuates discrimination and leads to an atmosphere of injustice and discomfort. It is essential for businesses to foster an environment that promotes inclusivity, respect, and fair treatment for all customers.

I sincerely hope that management takes serious action to address this issue promptly. Training and educating staff on diversity, inclusion, and cultural sensitivity would greatly contribute to creating a safe and welcoming environment for all patrons. Additionally, implementing strict guidelines to prevent unwarranted behavior and unethical pricing practices is essential to regain customers' trust and confidence.

It is my hope that sharing this review will raise awareness about the serious consequences of racial profiling and encourage positive changes within the establishment. Discrimination has no place in our society, and it is up to businesses to actively work towards eradicating such practices.
