Reviews of North Woodlands Medical Centre in Brantford

I was dropping a form off for the Dr to fill out, as I was waiting in line the receptionist/nurse aide commented to Chris who works in the back that I was in line and she looked up at me and said something back. I HANDED my paperwork to the receptionist/nurse aide and she was told not to look through it, she continued to and was told a second time, the receptionist beside made a snarky/sneid laughing remark. Then receptionist /nurse aide proceeded to LIE to the Dr saying I threw the form at her which I didn't do, it was handed to her. Not cool staff here thinks it's okay to lie. The staff here have ABSOLUTELY NO CARE FOR A PERSON PRIVACY. THEY TALK ABOUT PATIENTS TO EACH OTHER AND THAT SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN. Cancelled an appointment with the counselor who thought it was okay to c the same day and say she was sorry to hear my Dad wasn't doing well, which I had NO IDEA YET HE WAS ON HIS DEATH BED! She also thought it was okay to offer to but a fire pit I wasn't selling. NOT RECOMMEND
