The employees at West Street and Fairview are the greatest. They are always smiling and happy. They all go out of their way to help. I use the motorized cart and they don't mind reaching for things for me. Even the Manager helps. I do have one problem, it is with the new way the salads are displayed, especially going through covid. Each and every item has to be touched, to be brought down to read what it is. The way it used to be you could just go up and read everything. It is not just me in my cart with this problem. People walking up and bring down each container to read what is in it. It was much better before. Other than that this Zehrs is run beautifully. The employees are wonderful. There is one Cart person that when he sees me coming he gets the cart ready for me, then when I am done he comes to my car and helps me in with my bags and drives the cart back for me. Tyson is amazing, The gentle man in charge of the produce department always makes sure I find what I am looking for. He is just amazing, when he worked in the fish department he made sure to know as much as possible, then the meat department, then the garden department and now the vegetable department. He always studies up on the items he is selling and makes sure to help the customers. In this store even the people stocking the shelves make you feel welcome and are glad to assist. At this store you feel like family. I have shopped at many stores in my life and having worked in business as an accountant till I retired, I can honestly say that to have this kind of service it is due to the management. They seem to be doing something right.
