After one week, we picked up our elderly dog at 9:20 in the morning: she had not been fed nor had she been given her pain medication. She had developed pressure sores on the back of both legs and and lost 5 lobs. Had to take her to the vet. The kennel is suitable to house sheep or goat, not dogs!!!

This place, Beastmaster Farm is absolutely disgusting!
The owners are not fulfilling the promises they have made to dog owners of multiple breeds. They put zero effort into caring for the dogs.
To our knowledge and observations they have 1 young female employee who is caring for over 20 dogs. 2 separate barns with inhumane kennels in each. 1st barn / kennel houses short term stays, 2nd long term. Kennels reek of urine and feces. All dogs were barking incessantly.
Our dog was only there for under 3 hours because we called a family member with concerns with what we had been promised and what we physically observed when we dropped our beloved dog off. Our family member was addressing our concern by showing up with our dogs comfortes from home.
Our dog showed signs of dehydration.

A large very aggressive dog was put in the pen next to ours and our dog was beyond extremely terrified to the point of hiding in the corner of the kennel, frothing at the mouth and shaking uncontrollably, this dog was one of the reccognized security dog breeds.
Our dog was taken directly to our Vetranarians office for assessment.
Our dogs stress level was totally uncharacteristic from what the veteranarian had observed in any previous vet office visits, including our dog receiving surgical procedures.
The male owner has zero respect for dog owners and dogs. The male owner is extremely aggressive. The owners allowed someone to pick up our dog without our knowledge and they had no idea who picked up our dog. The person who had picked up our dog left our dog was left in the barn unmonitored and could of easily interacted with other dogs within the facility in either a positive or negative way. There is no visible security for the other customers dogs.
It is the responsibility of the dog owners to drop off the nutritional needs of their beloved family dog. We had been told initially that all we needed to bring for our beloved dog was food. Anything that would provide dogs reassurance and comfort of their home life is not reccomended. Our family member showed up to provide a toy and blankets for our dog because what we had been told did not match our observations of the other dogs having toys, blankets and other creature comforts in their kennels.
The owners allowed our family member to have full access to all of the facilities without any employees present.
The kennels are a cement bare floor with a small raised platform for the dogs to lay or sleep on. Platforms were covered in urine.

Facility owner had no idea who the dogs were that were with in facility and our family member was asked to phisically identify our dog. We never met the owners when we dropped off our dog. We only met the young female employee, she was very caring and empathetic. We had been promised our dog would get the level of care and exercise that she is accustomed to receiving. With 1 employee visible it would be improbable for all the multiple species of dogs which were of many different sizes and breeds to recieve the level of care that would make them feel relaxed and comfortable as we had been promised. We paid $430. for our dog to be at Beastmaster facility for 7 days, as stated above she was only present on site for less then 3 hours on the date of Friday July 14th and removed with very strong concerns that her needs would not be met.
It's not about the monetary compensation, it's our concerns that our beloved four legged family member could have been impacted negatively for the rest of our dogs life!
Owners are refusing to offer any form of compensation that we had paid beyond the date of July 14th for the conditions that we had been promised that Beastmaster were clearly unable to provide.
Our family member had the interactions with the male owner.
