After many delays and email exchanges. If you are having property disputes, this is NOT the survey company to utilize. His employees obviously work hard- but we have been told by many locals that his father would be disappointed in him for treating us so poorly. They obviously have the South Shore Pirate tactics well hidden-He is part of the old boys club and will create a distraction as he signed off on a Provincial road being-Private and did not convert feet to meters when obtaining and reviewing his own material. He was paid in full ($3300) 3 days after he registered his survey (Aug12, 2023). He did NOT give us the GPS plot pages and other material that we paid for, therefore we must hire another Surveyor because of his tampering. I give him 1 star because his employees were admirable."

They have staff who have worked there for over 30 years. That says something about the company. When they quoted my job they gave the maximum price it would be....when I got the bill it was almost $500 less. Peter said thats what we do to keep our clients happy. The survey team at site really knew their stuff and helped mark all my pins so I could build my fence. Will always refer this group.
