November 2021: Bought boiler system from Toshack for over $14K (including 10 year extended warranty)

March 2022: Something wrong with boiler and Toshack had it fixed

October 2022: Boiler system not working and manager by the name of Bradley Beek denied further service effective immediately despite it is within the first year (labour and materials should be covered) plus we bought 10 years extended warranty

Have to find a technician at the meantime as they do not warrant contract signed

Would provide zero to negative star if possible

Do your own due diligence and avoid this company (mainly because of Bradley Beek) at all cost.

I am the wife of a retired disabled Veteran, This remembrance day I want to thank Hugh George and Toshack and Reins heating and cooling for compromising the support wall in my house, and for flooding my basement. They freely admitted to doing the damage but instead of doing the honourable thing and just fixing their mistake, they have decided to hold us, hostage, by stating that they will only fix their mistake if we agree to not talk about it in writing or bad review about their workmanship. Or come back to them if there are any other damages done or faulty workmanship the inspector finds. My husband did not serve this country and get injured overseas while defending others' rights just to come back to my country only to be blackmailed and held hostage just so some company can keep their reputation while compromising the integrity of my house. My husband is a veteran on disability pensions, we can not afford to take him to court so our only course of action is to let others know especially veterans on fixed incomes to stay away from this company. They also go by Reins heating and air conditioning. They are located in Brockville and Kingston Ontario.
