Update about the review of March 28th 2023!
I gave a 1 star review...
I was asked to send an email and give more detail about our experience.
Mikes Bromont replied with a generic email , pretty much ignoring my concerns. Saying they stand by their customer service and their lacking of the quality of the food that was sold to us. The prices were way to high. Philly cheese steak sub served with tasted like reheated mushrooms, over the top amount of onions. Extremely this slice of cheese and steak. Normally a Philly cheese steak sub has cheese oozing and stretching out ....NOT THIS ONE !
I hope other people get a much better experience. Our waitress was not courteous at all. Never came back to our table only to collect $$$$ .... overall Mike's Bromont proving to me that they're choosing not to make this better for a customer. Very shameful to say that this is one of our local businesses. Thanks for nothing. Mikes Bromont you have definitely made it so people will no longer spend $$$ in your establishment.
